At age of seventy-two, I have consulted and treated cancer patients from all over the world for more than 30 years. In my “pandemic exile” at our Asian Office, I had this idea of creating an Integrative Cancer Care platform, where patients and their caregivers could get advice regarding diagnostic and treatment, as well as a second opinion service from an international team of medical experts.

I reached out to colleagues and friends in my network – all specialists in their respective medical fields – asking them, whether they would support my idea of an international tumor board for this platform. I was surprised and am very grateful that all agreed to be part of this project providing their professional expertise to cancer patients in need.

The members of our international tumor board are renowned medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, scientists, and experienced clinical practitioners from Switzerland (8), Germany (6), the USA (3), Japan (2), England (1), the UAE (1), Malaysia (1), The Netherlands (1) and Australia (1) with a vast knowledge base and experience. This team of experts is covering the medical fields of oncological surgery, urology, medical oncology, interventional radiology, radiation therapy, cancer immunology, cancer genetics, stem cell transplantation, internal medicine, cardiology, anesthesiology and interventional pain management, naturopathic oncology, integrative medicine, functional nutrition, herbal medicine, oncological nursing.

Depending on an individual cancer patient’s needs, specific members of our international, multi-disciplinary tumor board will be involved to formulate the best possible cancer care plan, provide second opinion services, and carry-out follow-up consultations for disease monitoring as well as for further diagnostic and treatment. Direct referral to any of these medical specialists is possible.
