Most patients turn to us as a last resort, usually after conventional cancer treatment has failed. Our Integrative Cancer Care team strives to find new treatment options and the most suitable medical expert for each patient’s special situation.

Submit your medical dossier
To start your journey with Integrative Cancer Care, you first have to submit your contact information and your medical dossier to one of our case managers:

Starting the dialogue
Our case manager will review your medical information and get back to you within 72 hours to let you know whether your dossier is complete for submission to our specialists. If additional information is needed for a comprehensive evaluation by our medical experts, our case manager will contact you.

Evaluation & treatment proposal
Our physicians will review your medical information, evaluate your current situation, and then formulate a diagnostic and treatment plan. At this point, you will receive an invoice for payment. The usual cost for this initial evaluation is between CHF 400 – 600 depending on time spent by the respective physician.

Consultation via ZOOM or SKYPE
Once you have received your evaluation and treatment proposal, you may opt for a video conference call via ZOOM or SKYPE. During this face-to-face consultation with our medical specialist(s), you can discuss all details of your treatment proposal. To schedule this one hour session, a prepayment of CHF 750 is necessary. Should the discussion last longer, additional time will be billed in 10 minute increments.

Follow-up consultation & treatment
Follow-up consultations with treatment adjustments are usually required to achieve the best patient outcome. We offer written follow-up by email, phone calls, and video conferencing by WhatsApp, ZOOM or SKYPE. These services are billed at CHF 125 for each 10 minute increment. Contact our case manager to schedule a follow-up consultation.

You can always choose how much involvement you need from our Integrative Cancer Care team. We offer a fully customized treatment program which includes the pillars of Integrative Oncology as well as: nutrition, psychological support, mindfulness and physical training programs.

Costs & Health Insurance Reimbursement
We invoice our patients monthly for consultation and other medical services. The invoice will state the date and time, as well as the type of the medical service provided. Depending on your health insurance plan, you may want to submit the invoice to your provider for possible reimbursement.
